The mission of Styled Chaos Salon is simple: provide exceptional service in a welcoming, relaxed environment where every guest feels comfortable, confident, and valued. When you sit in the chair, you're more than just an appointment—you're a guest whose experience matters.
Policy Notice
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, it is often impossible to fill that time, preventing another client from scheduling and resulting in lost income.
To better serve all of our clients, the following policy will be enforced:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
A credit card may be required to reserve future appointments.
Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
We understand that true emergencies happen and will always take those situations into consideration.
